One of my goals when I turned 40 was to start doing triathlons. It's been going really well, but to be honest, no matter how much training I do it's still obvious that I'm not 21 anymore, especially when I try and get out of bed after a big race. I find that getting a massage after a big race really helps me to be able to move more freely and sleep easily, without waking up feeling sore and tender all over.
